The Investment
We end the fun team building session by calling the top 2 teams to receive the investment from our judges. The winsome teams get the brag rights and brownie points/prizes from the organization.
Nurturing bonds
We get the players to unsystematically form teams of 5 - 8 people each. This is accomplished for the team activities. Each team has to come up with the team names and slogans.
Hi5 - The Team Mixer
As all the team fellows get ready for the Shark Tank activity, it's important to get to know each other. This team mixer helps your team members to mix and know others outside of work. A total of 5 mins is given and the participants have to network with as many people as possible. As the players meet each other, they have to share one secret talent about themselves. Once the player has met one person, they have to give a hi5.
